The development of Paingone One traces back to Danish inventor Preben Nodskov and his quest for a drug-free solution to alleviate his wife’s persistent hand pain.

Preben was introduced to TENS therapy at a medical exhibition in the USA. He was deeply impressed by the ability of TENS to suppress pain without the need for medication.
